Destruction of Cumulative Academic and Health Records
for Camden Hills Regional High School Class of 2015

Camden Hills Regional High School has announced that the cumulative academic records for the Class of 2015 will be destroyed beginning June 23, 2023. 

Federal regulations—under the Family Educational Privacy Act (FERPA)—stipulate that rights to these records transfer to students upon turning 18.  As such, records will only be released to students with appropriate identification (license, passport, etc.) or to parents of students who present both signed permission from their student and appropriate identification.

If you graduated in 2015 and would like to have your cumulative record, please call the CHRHS Counseling Department (236-7800 ext. 3361) to make arrangements to pick up your record. Please note that the permanent high school transcript will be maintained in perpetuity.
