Academic Rigor: 2 Leadership credits or 1 Communication credit and 1 Leadership credit

Must maintain a grade of 85 or higher

Course Examples:

  • LDR 100: Foundations of Leadership

  • LDR 101: Leadership Ethics

  • Speech & Debate

  • AP Seminar

  • AP Research

  • Approved dual-enrollment courses

  • Other courses with approval


Service to Profession: 60 hours of extended learning opportunities (ELO)

Examples:

  • School Board Student Representative

  • Student Council Leadership

  • Class Officer Leadership

  • Community Volunteer (many options)

  • Women’s Leadership Organization

  • Other approved activities
