About CHRHS

Camden Hills Regional High School is located in Rockport, Maine about halfway between Portland and Acadia National Park, serving approximately 690 students in grades 9 - 12 from the towns of Appleton, Camden, Hope, Lincolnville and Rockport.

Camden Hills Regional High School is the only school in the Five Town CSD. Although a separate district from MSAD #28, which serves the K-8 students of Camden and Rockport, the Five Town CSD and MSAD #28 share the same central office administration and staff including the  Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, Special Education Director and Business Manager. In addition, members of the MSAD #28 Board of Directors also serve on the Five Town CSD Board of Directors.

Students in Camden Hills Regional High School routinely score among the highest 10% of schools in the state on standardized testing, and the high school has a graduation rate of over 90% with almost 70% pursuing post-secondary degree programs.

Our high school is commonly ranked as one of the top high schools in the state of Maine. In addition to strong academics, we boast:

Students come to us from Appleton Village School (AVS, K-8) in Appleton, Camden-Rockport Middle School (CRMS, 5-8) in Camden, Hope Elementary School (HES, K-8) in Hope and Lincolnville Central School (LCS, K-8) in Lincolnville.
